Corporate governance
Our Board of Directors is comprised of one representative elected from each of our utility members, unless such utility member waives or declines representation on our Board of Directors. Each of our directors must be a general manager, director or trustee of a member. Each of our members is represented by a delegate at meetings of our membership, including our Annual Meeting.
